Fun with Spam

I got this spam (well, I seem to get it regularly). I have no idea who in the world would ever be able to understand it ... it must be secret code, or a magic incantation or just stupid spam trash.

I would hope if someone sent spam, that it would appear to be a language - any language at all - to be even considered spam. This is just ... just ... what?
