Dear Poison Ivy
Tuesday September 5th 2006
by Paul Armstrong
I hate you. Why is there any need for you? Apparently you are the cockroach of the plant world. Pulling you spreads your oils - and you'll regrow. Spraying you will only temporarily curb your seige. Burning you only sends you into the air and into lungs and eyes. You grow quickly, everywhere, on anything. A menace. I see no need for you and I hate you. You made my daughter afraid of herself and the world, you turned her love of the outdoors into paranoia. I see no need for you and I hate you.
