Refreshed and ready to refresh some more

My absolute favorite time was going to a go-kart track with 13 guys (all piled into one truck) and acting like overgrown children. I haven't laughed so much in a LONG time (and my leg hurts because my brilliant -- unconscious -- reasoning that the harder I push on the pedal, the faster I might go). After the trip Sonya and I both felt blessed to have such a church, and so many down-to-earth, imperfect, caring, loving and fun people.
But enough about that, I missed my Friday Eff-It day! So here are some random links just for you:
- This is a real tragedy
- Somewhat fascinating video about how winter frogs freeze (essentially killing them - no heart beat, no liver functioning) and come back to life as spring comes (called Spontaneous Resumption)
- Really (really) bad tattoos (via Coudal)
- Ninja. That is all.
- Milton Glaser is a well one illustrator/designer and here is a list that everyone can learn from
- Watch a few full episodes of Seinfeld over here, or perhaps every Futurama episode over here
- Psychic drawing
- Now sit back and listen to some Ray LaMontagne -- How Come (a soulful, folk mixture of Rolling Stones, Ryan Adams and Van Morrison); you'll thank me (and thank you Luke for the heads up)
