I honesty have no response to this

I was left a rather random message on Sunday evening. At first I picked up the phone and said hello and the woman proceeded to call me Vivian and other incoherent jabbering, I told her "You have the wrong number" and hung up. She called back, I didn't answer; and this is the message she left (warning, some "language"):
I hope she calls back.
