Armstrong Family Circus : The Random Update

Today is a big and busy day for many reasons. As some of you (or maybe all of you?) know we -- as a family -- have been taking Tae Kwon Do for about 2 months (2x a week). This evening Sonya and I "test" to get our yellow belts, which isn't necessarily an enormous deal, but its nice to feel some accomplishment -- and I'm well on my way to kicking Chuck Norris' ass and then my tears will cure cancer. What exactly does a "yellow belt" mean? There are 8 belt colors (with 10 degrees of black belt) -- white, yellow, orange, green, blue, brown, red, black. We have a long way to go.
Today also marked the official start of our new backyard. After last years flooding incident promoted us to look into the "draining" situation in our backyard (swamp). Needless to say, it wasn't all that is was made out to be, and we're now getting proper drainage and piping put in to allow the water from the rains and downspouts to be pushed out of our yard. On top of that, we'll also be getting a full yard of new sod and a new playset for the kids.
I've recently finished (90%) the wedding photos, you can view them here -- I'm pretty happy with the end results (and I have about 100 or so to go through and post-process still and then make a nice little book). If you know of anyone interested in a wedding photographer, or heck, someone who wants or needs interior design photographs, I'm your man
