I just finished a book on Eustace Conway ("The Last American Man" - which I'll review soon); amazing how generation after generation the only idea of "frontier" (someone who is able to live of the land, build their own houses, tools, garden, make clothes, etc) is idealized and never realized.
Sometime I'll get around to telling you the story of my life, but for now I must sum up -- I'm tall, I'm a decent designer, I program to make ends meet, and I'm emerging into photography. I have a wife. I have 2 kids. I write this blog, and sometimes you read it. I'm old enough to know better. I'm young enough to think I can overcome it. I'm strong enough do it on my own. I'm weak enough to ask for help when I can't.
